The BRice is a thoughtfully designed affordable rental housing development bringing much-needed homes to the Vancouver community. Designed with residents in mind, the building fosters a sense of belonging and stability for those who call it home.

Accessible Housing

As the first of three land trust buildings developed in partnership with the City of Vancouver, the project represents a significant step toward increasing accessible housing across the city. Together the three developments will deliver 358 affordable rental and co-op homes. The BRice contributes 48 protected rental units for households earning between $30,000 and $70,000 annually.
