Project Overview
The Knight Building in Big Sky, Montana is a 95-bedroom residential complex built using innovative CLT modular mass timber construction. Completed in just 11 months, the development was designed to support the local workforce by offering private bedrooms, shared kitchens, and vibrant communal spaces. Historic details inspired by Buck’s T-4 Lodge pay tribute to the legacy of Buck and Helen Knight, connecting the building to the character and history of the area.
