Project Overview
Sky3 is a 15-story mixed-used residential tower in downtown Portland with 196 view apartments, luxurious amenities, many social spaces and over 14,500 sq. ft. of ground-level retail space. The project achieved LEED® Silver Certification.

Completed in 2017, Innotech supplied the European-style windows and doors for all of the apartments. The large windows and doors offer stunning mountain and city views, abundant natural light and important natural ventilation in every space.
Sky3 is designed around everyday comfort and connection, offering residents communal gathering spaces, fitness facilities, and ground-floor retail. Every amenity is thoughtfully considered to make the building feel like more than just a place to live.
