Our Team

Troy Imbery is a founding partner and president of Innotech Windows + Doors. Troy has successfully built Innotech from a start-up to an industry leader by assembling a value-based and highly skilled team. With over thirty years of experience in the fenestration manufacturing industry, Troy has a deep understanding of the many complexities involved in engineering, testing, manufacturing, and supplying high-quality windows and doors.

Andrew Deyto joined our team in 2022 as our general manager to help manage our exponential growth. He has over twenty years of leadership experience with a focus on business strategy, strategic planning and logistics management. To support our commitment to quality, Andrew has spearheaded the development and integration of new company-wide software systems to better serve our clients at every touch point.

Franco is the president of Innotech Services, a division of Innotech Windows + Doors. With over a decade of fenestration sales and installation experience, Franco manages our full-service renovation team; several installation teams for our single family and multi-family divisions; and interior and exterior window covering solutions sales and installations.

Ted Wiebe is the financial controller at Innotech Windows + Doors. With over two decades of experience, his business, finance and technology experience allow him to recognize valuable process and technology recommendations to achieve both short and long term business objectives.

Rajiv Vasdev is our operations manager at Innotech Windows + Doors. He has over two decades of custom manufacturing expertise with a focus on operational excellence, streamlining processes, and scaling operations in high-volume, high-precision manufacturing organizations. His focus is to build a motivated team with the right processes to achieve and maintain very high levels of quality throughout our operations.

Mike Cairns is the business development manager at Innotech Windows + Doors. He brings over three decades of construction and fenestration experience to his role. Mike is also a Certified Passive House Tradesperson, a member of the Fenestration Canada Pacific Chapter group, and an instructor at the High Performance Building Lab at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Passive House Canada.

Chris Wrobel is the multi-family sales manager at Innotech Windows + Doors. Chris brings over twenty years of experience in project management and architectural product sales to his role. He thrives on building lasting relationships with industry leaders.

Mika Laspa has been an integral part of our sales leadership team for over two decades. He has been instrumental in cultivating relationships with our clients across North America by strategically growing his team from a few people to several dozen.
